Steralis Labs products are sold and shipped through Amazon, so all returns and refunds are handled under Amazon’s return policy for your order.
Visit your Amazon Orders page, select the Steralis Labs item, and follow the return prompts. Single-use ampoules that have been opened may not be eligible for return where prohibited by Amazon’s policy for health and personal-care products.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, start a return through Amazon. If Amazon is unable to resolve it, email admin@steralislabs.com with your order number and we’ll help.
